Blue Pages Marketing – Affiliate Program Terms of Service Agreement (Updated)

By signing up to become an Affiliate in the Blue Pages Marketing Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Blue Pages Marketing reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program shall be subject to these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Violation of any terms may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions earned during the violation. You agree to participate in the Program at your own risk.

No Guaranteed Income or Results

Blue Pages Marketing makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding income, commissions, profits, or success of any participant.

Any earnings examples or projections:

  • Are estimates only

  • Are not guarantees

  • Depend entirely on personal effort, skill, consistency, and market conditions

Individual results will vary.

Risk Acknowledgement

All participants acknowledge that:

  • Affiliate marketing involves inherent risks

  • Financial losses, advertising expenses, and business risks may occur

  • Blue Pages Marketing assumes no liability for losses, damages, or missed income opportunities

Participation is voluntary and at your sole risk.

BPM Premium Subscriber Membership – Incorporated into These Terms

The BPM Premium Subscriber Membership is an optional, low-cost subscription that enables access to enhanced referral and rewards benefits within the Blue Pages Marketing ecosystem.

1. Membership Fee

The Premium Subscriber Membership requires a non-refundable subscription fee of $5.00 USD, charged at the time of activation.

Legal Disclosure:
This Premium Membership fee is NOT an investment, does NOT represent ownership, profit-sharing, securities, or equity, and does NOT guarantee income or financial returns. It is strictly a membership contribution providing access to referral and bonus point benefits.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All Premium Subscriber fees are final and non-refundable once processed. No refunds or credits shall be issued for:

  • Voluntary cancellation

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Inactivity

  • Policy violations

3. Membership Fee Subject to Change

Blue Pages Marketing reserves the right to modify, increase, or adjust the Premium Subscriber fee at any time, with or without prior notice.

Changes may apply to:

  • New memberships

  • Future billing cycles

Continued use of Premium benefits constitutes automatic acceptance of any revised fee.

4. Referral Program & Bonus Points Eligibility

Only active Premium Subscribers are eligible to:

  • Participate in the BPM Referral Rewards Program

  • Earn bonus points from personal referrals

  • Access premium-only rewards and incentives

Free members may use the platform but are NOT eligible for referral-based rewards unless upgraded.

5. Bonus Points & Redemption

All bonus points:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • May be redeemed only for eligible BPM products, services, or discounts

  • Are subject to expiration, modification, or limitation at BPM’s discretion

6. No Income Guarantee (Premium Participation)

Premium participation does NOT guarantee earnings, profits, commissions, savings, or business success.

7. Account Compliance & Enforcement

Blue Pages Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for:

  • Abuse of the referral system

  • Misrepresentation

  • Ethical violations

  • Fraud or unlawful behavior

In all cases, the Premium fee remains non-refundable.

  • It grants access to enhanced referral and points-based rewards

  • Bonus points are redeemable only for eligible BPM offers

  • Membership fees are subject to change at any time

All of the following original sections remain fully valid and enforceable, including:

  • Account Terms

  • Use of Special Links

  • Commission Tracking & Payments

  • $20 Payout Threshold

  • Identification as an Affiliate

  • Payment Schedule

  • Customer Definitions

  • Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Compliance With Laws (Including CAN-SPAM & FTC)

  • Term and Termination

  • Relationship of Parties

  • Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimers

  • Independent Investigation

  • Arbitration

  • Governing Law (United States & International)

  • Miscellaneous Provisions

These sections continue to apply in full alongside the Premium Subscriber Terms above.

Final Legal Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Blue Pages Marketing Affiliate Program and/or BPM Premium Subscriber Membership, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You agree to be bound by all policies herein

  • You understand that no income is guaranteed

  • You accept that membership fees and platform rules are subject to change
