Refund Requests and Timeframe

  • Digital Products and Services: Refund requests for digital products or services that are eligible for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date. After this period, no refunds will be granted.

Exceptions and Eligibility

Subscription and Paid Plans

If a customer subscribes to a paid plan or upgrades their membership, they may request a refund within 7 days of payment if they are not satisfied. No refunds will be processed beyond this period.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Blue Pages Marketing to resolve the issue may result in account termination and forfeiture of any commissions or earnings.
