The doctor is in — and is serving Peruvian fare. Along with his partners, co-owner and chef Carlos Brescia is always conjuring up new spins on the cuisine of his native Peru. Much like a visit to the doctor’s office, expect a wait but there is always the option to grab a seat at its bar and sip on Peruvian cocktails and beers while waiting.
