Downtown Hollywood has several French restaurants, but this one is unique in that it specializes in tabletop cooking called “pierrade” where food is grilled on a hot stone. This is also one of the few places in South Florida to offer raclette, a type of cheese from the French Alps that is melted and drizzled onto potatoes or bread.
